A significant component of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority's Strategic Plan is to create and foster a highly committed customer-focused culture. One means of attaining that goal is to have a vital community outreach program in place. This program establishes ways to communicate, educate and inform our stakeholders about their airport system and its impact on the community and region.
Contact the External Affairs Department at (904) 741-2726, or djones@jaa.aero for information about any of these programs.
